Ron did a fantastic job. He is competent, knowledgable, and performed in a very professional manner. He fixed what others could not for 7 months. Thats right, it took 7 months for Sears to figure it out an Ron was the one who did it. Thamk you. It all works as intended. I waited 4 days to confirm that the repair and parts were indeed the answer. Ron was superb!
