Ron did a fantastic job. He is competent, knowledgable, and performed in a very professional manner. He fixed what others could not for 7 months. Thats right, it took 7 months for Sears to figure it out an Ron was the one who did it. Thamk you. It all works as intended. I waited 4 days to confirm that the repair and parts were indeed the answer. Ron was superb!

Technician did a yearly service check up. Cleaned out the back of the fridge. Searched source of leaking water. Will let me know if this is happening on other fridges of the same model.

Austin and Tim provided excellent repair service. I would easily have them back to work on my appliance. However, this company now ONLY uses AI to schedule the appointments. No human was ever available to speak to about the estimated time of arrival. The window was an entire day of waiting from 8 AM-5PM without an availability to request a morning or afternoon timeframe appointment. When needing to speak to someone about the parts, AI was the only option which provided NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Let AI assist but do not completely replace humans for a higher quality interaction and the opportunity to provide better customer service.
