The whole idea of making people sit through a 9 hour window to wait for a technician is crap. Then to have the tech not show up within the 9 hour window and have to reschedule for another day, was crap. Even the "update" on the day of service was not accurate. Sears needs to do better than this. This is lousy customer service.
