He was very polite and pleasant. He knew what he was doing and quickly diagnosed problem and gave me estimate. He was understanding that depending on cost I might just junk this washer and buy new one. He was very professional!

Finally fixed
The last two service calls were great. Our first service call could have been better. The problem was originally miss diagnosed and the wrong part ordered. Second person came out and correctly diagnosed the issue and ordered a different part—he also did a temporary repair which held until the new part arrived. Third person fixed the problem and took the unused part with him. All the technicians were professional and nice. Successful repair! Our machine is working well with no leak.
