Washer
After 3 techs and having too order parts 2 times to get the right parts to fix the problem he got it fixed only took 6 weeks to have a woking washer.

Charlie is an excellent tech. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He examined our refrigerator thoroughly and advised us how to proceed with replacing the old refrigerator. It was new in 1990 and has freon refrigerant. He explained that the freon is no longer used.

Brian was great to work with. He called ahead to let us know when he anticipated arriving at our home and he was right on time. He was very careful to not damage any counters or leave any packaging materials laying around. He explained what he was doing and spent time after the repair to see if the part he replaced fixed the problem. There seemed to be a glitch in the cooktop after he repaired it, so another part might have to be replaced also. The nice thing about Brian, he waited and researched what the other cause of the trouble might be.
