Our AC was not working and it was HOT! Devin was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed our AC quickly. It was a very pleasant experience and we are grateful to have our AC working again.

The service technician was great and efficient, however, the AI automated system needs to go away. There were several times that I needed to talk to a person who could understand my situation. The links that were sent to me said that I wasn't compatible and it was frustrating. I recommend that Sears service hires people to answer questions and drop the Artificial Unintelligent system.

Sears appliance repair came the same day to fix my dryer. I called two other places first and they couldn't come the same day it would be the next day or later. I was very happy that Eric & another showed up an hour after the phone call. They were friendly - knowledgeable and they diagnosed the problem fast.
