I want to clarify that this review is not a complaint against the Sears technician who came to my home. He was professional, courteous, and did a great job inspecting my AC unit. He explained his findings and advised me that the unit was no longer working and would need to be replaced. The Sears technician was very helpful and professional, and I appreciate the service he provided. My issue is with the home warranty company’s contractor assignment and coordination—not with the Sears technician.

Devin was very professional he checked out the unit & showed me that it was pulling way too much amperages told me the compressor was about to go out with all the heat here lately it's really hard on compressors which I knew that since I've been in the business for the past 30 years myself but am too old & disabled to be able to do anything about it. But yes he's a top of the line tech in my book!

The apps estimated time was horrible but when he did get here he fixed our ac problem quick and even took an extra step to make sure a switch wouldn’t accidentally get turned off again. Also tolerated my little one following him around. Thank you

My tech was great and very knowledgeable. And listened to my concerns and did his best to assure me. That I was in good hands after already having 4 different companies come out for my air conditioning unit this tech made me feel more comfortable.

Devin has been absolutely amazing to work with! He got my air conditioner up and running again and took the time to explain what the issues were and what needed to be done. What really stood out was that he squeezed me in between appointments because he knew my elderly mother was in my home in 107-degree heat without a working air conditioner. That kind of compassion and willingness to help means so much! Thank you, Devin, for going above and beyond. The service technician was great and efficient, however, the AI automated system needs to go away. There were several times that I needed to talk to a person who could understand my situation. The links that were sent to me said that I wasn't compatible and it was frustrating. I recommend that Sears service hires people to answer questions and drop the Artificial Unintelligent system.

Sears appliance repair came the same day to fix my dryer. I called two other places first and they couldn't come the same day it would be the next day or later. I was very happy that Eric & another showed up an hour after the phone call. They were friendly - knowledgeable and they diagnosed the problem fast.
