An exceptional experience. It’s almost shocking how seamless, comfortable and easy it was from beginning to end. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Charlie’s communication was greatly appreciated! He worked efficiently to correctly diagnose and complete the repair while providing updates as the job progressed, helpful information on the appliance, AND maintained a spotless work environment! He consistently treated both my home and myself with respect and consideration, I never felt he was condescending or patronizing. Charlie consistently conveyed a genuineness in his manner and work. He was attentive while listening to my questions, clarifying as needed, and answered thoroughly. From beginning to end I feel I was provided an exceptionally rare level of expertise and customer service, which I sincerely appreciate. Thank you for employing such a high-quality technician resulting in great customer care!
