Charles was pleasant and diagnosed what was wrong with my refrigerator in a timely manner. He had to go to Wichita to get the needed part, but was back within an hour and replaced the fan and had my refrigerator fixed in a short amount of time

You can not charge a 100.00 every time you need an appliance worked on cause lots of people are on a fixed income and can't afford it every time something needs done after the 108 days after working on the appliances
