Zach was polite, and knowledgeable.. As was Charlie. Great assets to your company. The automated system leaves alot to be desired in my opinion. We have been in this warranty process for 10 weeks. (Refrigerator) You cannot communicate effectively with bots.. I look forward to seeing the credit for the food we lost. I submitted the claim on the Monday before our last visit from Zach on Tues the 14th. of Nov. 23' We are hopeful all is fixed. 😉 Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Charlie was great. I didn't get the call ahead to let me know when he was coming but I did get a text message when he was on his way. Charlie did everything he could to resolve my issues but it was left in the hands of my home warranty company. They were in the end the problem. Charlie gave me some helpful tips on cleaning my condensers to help my appliances last longer. He was very nice and apologetic for not being able to get the warranty company to fix the issues.
