Harold was very helpful on explaining our problem. He fixed it in a timely manner. We had another issue which he told us about and fixed it also.

Installed replacement part and was done within 30 minutes. Very polite.

He checked everything couldn’t get it to do what it was doing when I called service. Only that the soup suds came from nowhere. Everything was working right and no leaks anywhere. Told me if it happened again and I couldn’t shut it off turn it off at the breaker and call service again.

Tech was fast and friendly.

I'm always concerned when the appointment time is 8am-5pm. Amazingly the service technician was at my house ready to go before 8am. He was also very informative and got my washer working better than it has in years.
