Wow, the service was great. Got a call 30 minutes prior to before he getting to my house. I like that and I would recommend them to keep up the good work good job guys. Came in and got the job done and got out list an hour.

Took over 2 weeks for the repair, even though the parts had already arrived at my home. Was rescheduled 3 times before they finally came out. No way to contact the Sears techs, when I tried it just gave me the same info i already had. Couldn't talk to a live person. Even tried to escalate with my home warranty company, to no avail.

The technician was great. The scheduling problems and inability to speak with a live person will make me not choose Sears in the future. In the future, I will not purchase any appliance that has a warranty that requires Sears to do the work, as long as they use AI only to schedule repairs.
