Our technician diagnosed our refrigerator issue immediately and fixed in the spot. He was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was also available as soon as we needed him. Very good service!

Erik was very professional and very informative. He took time to explain what is needed and the cost involved. Unfortunately no repair was done because of the cost. Couldn't repair today anyway. Because parts had to be ordered
