Lewis did a great job. He wasn't able to complete the service due to the order being cancelled by Choice due to the cost to repair was higher than the cost to replace the microwave.

Nice service technician. I know it’s not his fault of how Sears charges labor fees, but OMG the bill for $491 for $124 part. The labor is triple the price of the part. That’s what is crazy…just trying to get over the shock of it. He drives in at 10:01am, and leaves at 11:23am. That’s like buying a new washer.
