I gave this five stars because the technician was outstanding! When my parts finally came in, he was scheduled 1 day this week and then was not able to make it so came today and he was in and out in 30 minutes.And everything seems to be working fine. However the whole process of getting information on what's going on from your company leaves much to be desired. While I appreciate you having an automated system it would not work for me and kept giving me error messages and it was next to impossible to figure out how to get to a live person. Everything worked out in the end but accurate communication would have been more helpful.

Technician was very polite and thorough. Mr Powell was extra thorough in cleaning the dishwasher arms and showing me how to keep them as clean as possible. He explained so much more than any other technician. I will be requesting him every time, if I can.
