I'd give it no stares if I had the option. Nothing against the employees here. Would just really like to talk to an agent before I make an appointment especially if this is for someone else. Y'all should have the option to talk to an agent

Terrible experience! It's supposed to cost between 2 to $400 to fix a front load washer, replacing the water pump. They wanted $600, and an extra hundred to bring another guy out to move the dryer off the top. Almost exactly the cost of a new washing machine. So I'm out $130 for a diagnostic that took 10 minutes, and still have to buy a new one. Live and learn I guess. I'll never use Sears again.

Service tech was great. I got rescheduled four times for a ice maker! Stayed home five days waiting for someone to show up. Five days!!! I was livid . After the second reschedule, I texted and was told they would make my appointment priority. They continued rescheduling. The final appointment someone finally showed up. My time frame was 8-3. At roughly 5:15, Charlie showed up. He did a great job - not complaining about him at all. Their scheduler is worthless. No one should be inconvenienced five days. That's lots of time off work for no reason. I don't recommend them. They responded to this review to contact them with a phone number that gave no access to speaking to anyone just a "select 1 or 2" format. I've tried all numbers I can find so they can "resolve" my complaint. No avail. Website is also representative inaccessible. Apparently, the "contact us for resolution" was more for the reader's benefit than mine. They weren't too anxious to resolve the issue, giving an inaccessible contact number.

Short version $70 to be told defrost your freezer. He had 5 more appointments and didn't have time to defrost my freezer! Might be this, might be that, we won't know till freezer is defrosted. Would you like to schedule another appointment? Hell no! Why did I even call, should have googled or you tube it 1st. Shame on me for calling. Customer service was none, from AI phone call, to I don't have time. Sorry that your over booked, doesn't mean I should get the shafted.

Sears home service has the worst customer service and reliability I have ever seen. Our refrigerator has been broke for two months and they have canceled our appointment over 13 times.

Technician was NOT helpful! Was a waste of money and feel they should return our money! He did not diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He put an amp meter on the fridge and ‘Said it could be a lot of things’! So what did we pay $138 for, nothing !! Waste of time and money!!!! He spent his time trying to talk us into a home appliance warranty which I had said on the phone that we did not want the home warranty!!! This experience was useless and expensive!
