Literally didn’t call. No showed apt on 10/23 for no reason. No notification. Terrible service, their window is literally 8 am- 5 pm. So you have to take a whole day off of work for no one to show up. I tried calling several different Sears numbers. Impossible to get ahold of a real person .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The tech claimed the issue was bugs and they had built a nest in the back of the fridge. He told me to open it up and vacuum it out and it might start working. I opened it, NO NEST, just some dust. Now I have to get someone else to fix a 2 year fridge and pay for it myself, despite the fact that I have a warranty because he sent a report to them claiming that was the cause.
