We used the appliance warranty service for our LG range issue. We were notified regularly about the appointment once we were scheduled. Brian called ahead of his visit to make sure we were there. Professional and courteous.

Same day service, Minh arrived mid afternoon. He diagnosed the unit, provided an estimate for repairs and recommended contacting LG about warranty. He was courteous, responsive and helpful. I will call Sears home service again if needed.
