Brian arrived as planned according to text messages I received. He went right to work on our washer and found a nail in the pump impeller, removed it, reinstalled it to the washer then completed diagnostic tests and it was ready to go. Repair took about one hour. Excellent job!

Friendly, efficient. He was also very personable, had a great conversation about our shared love of dogs. He didn't hesitate to get started on the job and gave evidence of the problem. He also thanked us for communicating before and during the visit.

Paul was super to work with. Knowledgeable and hard-working. I had some trouble with Sears automated system as far as scheduling, confirming, etc. my appointment. As far as I could ascertain, there was not a way to speak to a real, live person by calling the service number provided.

There was ice buildup in the top freezer compartment of our Whirlpool Refrigerator. There was also unusual condensation in the refrigerator compartment. The Sears Home Services technician Minh did an excellent job in solving the problem by de-icing and cleaning the drain hose. He arrived within the designated time range, was polite and explained what he had done. Very satisfied!
