The tech was Great. Arrived in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. My only complaint is the customer service phone number. I could not reach anyone local when my appointment got postponed, which was very frustrating. I waited three weeks for my machine to be fixed. But very grateful it seems to be working now!!

Wow, what a good deal this was. Sears made an appointment for the next day. Brian called me an hour before showing up. He knew what the problem was and had the parts and fixed our trouble. He was very knowledgeable and quick.

Bob was a little delayed at the end of the day due to traffic and a need for fuel, but he was still very efficient when he arrived and very quickly swapped out our pump and sump to get the dishwasher functional again.
