Washing machine repair
The technician arrived and was courteous and efficient. The part was ordered and received two days later the repairman returned and made the repair quickly.

Both technicians that came out were great. The part was the problem. It wasn't ordered. Then, reordered. Crazy. It wasted 2 trips to my house. The third worked. Also, no one told me the part would come to my house. Oops! When you need to set aside an entire day waiting for a tech to show up, doing it without results is very frustrating. You need to minimize the time slots to a.m. or p.m.
