The repairman used the part that arrived Saturday and fixed the leak in our washing machine. Ten minutes after he left, another package of repair parts (larger shape) arrived. I’m not sure now if it is fixed, or what is in the second package.

Frank and Brian did a great job at fixing my washing machine. The AI system needs help. It rescheduled my original appointment on July 23rd without confirming with me that all parts were received. It ASSUMED that one of the parts wasn't received and automatically reschedule the appointment for August 7th. Someone needs to make sure that they confirm with the customer if parts are there or not before canceling. I had to call and AI didn't understand the following, "All my parts are here." I had to figure out how to get a human so they could make sure this wouldn't happen again.
