Eric is a miracle!
After waiting for techs going on 4 weeks he finally got to do this order for us. I was told on May 5 that it was being rescheduled for May 12. He got it rerouted and got my order done today after waiting all this time. Thank you Eric

Service fridge not cooling.
Technician came, I told him the problem of fridge not cooling as of February 3. My fridge was disconnected so a new fridge could replace this one on February 10, 2026. Put in garage on February 10, 2026, cleaned up, plugged back in at 7:30 AM this morning. Use as a backup or for drinks out there. Eric, technician, called support, couldn't verify problem of why not cooling. No part ordered. We'll see if it works!
