He was not happy since he got the order late in the day and it was a big job. The parts took several weeks to be delivered and I kept getting AI generated messages about rescheduling the technician. Finally the parts came last week but each time I rescheduled, I would get another message late in the day “not going to make it”. I was not able to call or visit with anyone about the delays. When he came, he had me sign his phone and I assumed it was to show that he had arrived. However, when a copy was sent to my computer, I had acknowledged that damages might occur during the job and Sears was not responsible for any damages. He got it repaired and had me watch to make sure it was working. I believe it is fixed.
LaNell K,
Customer service response - We're sorry for the delays and communication issues you experienced, LaNell. We're glad to hear the repair was completed, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.

He has the knowledge. But he was rude. ( we didn’t pay anything- it’s under warranty insurance, therefore don’t know how much it costs
Joyce C,

Technician was friendly and diagnosed the issue. However, he removed the back cover on the refrigerator and did not replace it and we are unable to find the screws he removed.

DO NOT USE. Short story: I lost $140 to Sears, received an absurd repair estimate, and apparently got added to their sales-call list. I’m trying to obtain a refund, but their phone system won’t let me speak with an actual person. More details: I called Sears for a dryer repair. The “AI agent” said there would be a $140 diagnostic fee, but that it would be applied toward the repair cost. No problem, I know this kind of repair typically costs a $100-$200 dollars. The technician showed up (he was a nice guy) but then quoted me more than $600 to replace the heating element. No way. Sears then pushed a warranty program that was supposed to “save me money” but would have cost approximately another $700. Long story short, I declined the repair and contacted Suburban Appliance. They agreed to fix the dryer for $140 plus tax. Not a $140 diagnostic fee, it was the entire repair. As it should be. Sears did call me again... and tried to sell me another warranty. At that point, it felt like spam. So I lost $140 to Sears, received an absurd repair estimate, and apparently got added to their sales-call list. I’m trying to obtain a refund, but their phone system won’t let me speak with an actual person.

Technician was respectable and professional; however he was not knowledgeable of the Hisense Refrigerator. He arrived with no technical or specification data. The company failed to prepare him for the work needed. It cost me the service charge without the knowledge that the refrigerator was fixed.
