I was scheduled to have a Sears tech come out to look at my dishwasher today. The appointment said 1-5 on today’s date. Side note I work from 9 pm to 7 am most days. I just happened to be sleeping when Sears called me to make an appointment time even though it was already said they would be here between 1pm - 5pm. Also I set my wife’s information up for them to call but some how and for some reason the called me. Well I missed the call and they completely canceled my appointment. Not sure why they call me instead of my wife or even how they have my number when I checked the website and who I have to contact for the appointment and it shows my wife’s name and number. Very upset because I previously told the Technician supervisor that the dishwasher in question about caught my house on fire and I have breakers of to half my kitchen due to this. Now I have to go longer with these issues because of them. Thanks Sears

didn’t fix my frig, hands were filthy dirty all over my frig and in the inside, left his trash, a huge box with a frig door in it that’s to heavy for me to move. Asked him to please take it, he refused, left knowing he didn’t fix my frig, this is the 6th 7th time i’ve taken off work with no results!!! I’m NOT Happy at ALL!!!! Terrible service!!! i’m spreading the word that’s for sure..

At 5:15 pm on scheduled day of service, he postponed our appt for 2 weeks! Two weeks later he didn’t put us first on the list. As the day went on we kept moving closer to the 5 pm anticipated arrival time. I put special details on his order saying do not cancel us again. I called Sears customer service after the first cancellation and again prior to today’s appt. It took me forever to get an option to speak to a human and then both times I was on hold for 25 min to do so. I told them I wanted him to come today even if it had to be after hours. He showed up finally just after 4 pm, diagnosed the problem by 4:45. He said we would be better off buying a new washer. I didn’t sign up for the Whole Home Warranty plan he tried to sell me because of the grief and stress caused from dealing with Sears service over the last month since I scheduled the first appointment. I was told all I would have to pay on service day was a $119 diagnostic fee. He charged me $119 as labor so it could be taxed. It cost me $128. I will be shopping for a whole home warranty (as well as a NON-Kenmore washer) but it will not be through Sears.
