Wayne is very professional, knowledgeable, and explains the problem and what he will do to fix it. My refrigerator was under warranty and when I contacted them, I requested Wayne with Sears.

Wayne did an awesome job. In only took him a few minutes to find the problem. Contacted himself the company we’re I bought the washer and made the whole process very easy for me. Highly recommended.

Our tech Rick is amazing!! He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my microwave and then he ordered the replacement part. Less than 1 week later he was back to install the new part, and my microwave works like new again. Thank you Rick!!!
