Our tech Rick is amazing!! He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my microwave and then he ordered the replacement part. Less than 1 week later he was back to install the new part, and my microwave works like new again. Thank you Rick!!!

Very knowledgeable and quick to accomplish service. They didn't carry replacement parts for my appliance and still charged me $140. 00. But was curtious and dependable on information he gave me. Thanks Wayne.
