Only reason for a four is because the part wasn't in and he was unable to fix the dryer. His service, manor, professionalism, and his friendliness were great.

This is such a hard review to write. My technician gets 5 stars. Wayne was amazing! The company, however gets a 1. They scheduled me, but no one showed up. Then rescheduled me for 3 weeks after that. Over all, I was without my dishwasher for 6 weeks. That's not acceptable.

Repairman didn't explain anything, said coils needed cleaning, didn't do it, and now the temperature is warmer than when he came. Not very satisfying.

I paid for a new icemake in my freezer, a second guy came to install it, it still is not working. Everyone I talk to is just trying to sell a home warranty including the service guys!
