Gary -Great—Untrustworthy Policy and Phone Service
Gary was very helpful, honest and caring. I hope he returns to finish the job 11 Sep 23. He was extremely professional. I hope that your phone technicians pay attention to Gary's request for a second technician to accompany him back to the job, There should have been two technicians on site. From my initial request I made it clear that this was a stackable washer and dryer in a small space. I explained my husband is 79 and I am 64 with MS. There would be no one on site to help the technician move the dryer off the washer. Consequently the part was on Gary's truck with no way for him to complete the job since a second technician was not dispatched. This is extremely disconcerting. I asked when I made the initial request for a second technician due to the move that would be required. I understand that she included it in the request. I also sent an email and called customer service twice. In the last occasion, I was told I could cancel my appointment but Gary would be the only person on site. Listen to the recordings and check your email. After waiting for this appointment-why would you think I would lie about our circumstances? I have just purchased a home warranty for all my appliances. This is making me second-guess my decision. If you are experiencing a large number of cancellations-you may want to review your phone technician's behavior or service policy.

Refrigerator line and reservoir
Chris was very pleasant came In to care of what was needed. Checked to make sure I had water. The ice maker has just finally done about 8 pieces in 6 hours which I know doesn't have anything to do with Chris I just wanted it on record in case it doesn't wake up soon.
