"Chris" is friendly, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and very customer-centered. We've all had service techs who just wanted to rush through the job, so they could hurry to their next job. Chris is the opposite: Customer is first (!), then solving the problem. Thank you, Christopher!

I cannot put into words what a professional Tom is. He is knowledgeable, personable, helpful and an all around quality serviceman. I wish in daily life we could come into contact with more people like him. He is a credit to his profession and his employer should recognize him as such.
