Chingiz asked questions about the problems. I explained the noise & procedures I used. He knew right away & started fixing the DW. Then he started the DW cycle, it sounded fine he said its fixed & to let the cycle complete. It worked, no bad noises & no leaks under the sink. He did great job. Very friendly & explained what the problem was.

He did a good job.. However, the service was to have been 2 days ago and that didn't happen. I think your system over schedules. So I waited around 7 hours and changed plans for a no show

Chingiz was the only good thing about my experience with Sears Home Services. After previous repairman's failure to fix the problem and three days of waiting the entire day with minimal and INACCURATE communication, Chingiz arrived arrived around 5:30 and quickly fixed the problem with much effort. The 5 stars are for Chingiz only.
