Jim did exactly what he was supposed to do. He even cleared a clogged drain inside my refrigerator. He also determined that the original problem I reported that still isn't fixed was not caused by a broken cooling fan in the back of the refrigerator. He said it was Likely the icemaker fan making the growling noise. It has been making since July of this year and now it's October.Even though my refrigerator is still not fixed, at You least Jim was able to figure out that the original diagnosis was wrong. He did what he could do based on the work order he had.

All of the Technicians were top notch. However, The A.I. service and chat system is very frustrating. There needs to be an option to include human contact to help resolve or at least discuss concerns. The constant rescheduling will make me think twice about using or recommending this service.

Too expensive to fix/justify fixing. Should've just gone "get a new one" route instead route. As I said tech was helpful. Just cost me $140 to know I needed a new one
