Richard was great no issues there. I will say I'm not surprised that you don't have a spot to rate Sears as a whole. As the experience with Sears is the absolute worst ever. I also find it funny that this screen provides a phone number when everything else to this point did not. The AI bots and customer service are a joke. To be clear, the technician was fantastic. Sears is absolutely garbage and I hope I never have to work with them again.
