The techs have all been very nice to deal with With Van being the best guy overall. He had to come in and repair a sloppy job of first repair. The Ai system you are using to communicate with customers and your techs is hurting you more than helping you. This repair and the time and effort does not look good and believe me I have spread the word about the haphazard way this has been handled. Your system should automatically red flag a customer that repeatedly calls for the same problem over.and over. Because of the lack of faith in getting this refrigerator repair done I purchased a new one locally because I honestly figured I would have to take you to court to get this resolved and I am not that type of person to resort to that. I ended up replacing this one with a new one and have made two payments towards the repair service contract before this repair was completed
