After having parts that were not needed, and three different technicians to put them in, as well as misdiagnosing the issue to fix my washer, it took Jim’s 40 year experience to diagnose the problem. He diagnosed within a few minutes and had the machine operating in short order. THANK YOU JAMES!!!!

My Service man was wonderful! But for three (3) times I waited from 8 am to 6 pm and they would change the time and then cancel at 5pm 5:45pm and 6pm! Not happy! This dryer has been messed up for a year now ! Hopefully it is fixed now!
