Mark the service technician was very responsive with communication when he was on his way and time of arrival. Diagnosed the problem and was very honest with his estimate to fix the refrigerator.

Van called to say that he was on the way. Came during agreed upon time frame. Neat, clean appearance & wore shirt w Sears logo. Very knowledgeable, and put our minds at ease re: the concerns we had. Said that repair is not needed at this time. While we appreciated his information, seemed overpriced for brief time
