The young service man was prompt, courteous, explained what he came to fix and then explained each of the tasks and how they applied to a successful job. He understood the workings and the lifetime expectation of my well-used range. By putting the use and lifetime expectation in years of this older piece of equipment and the expectation of use for several more years, helped me keep my Kenmore stove.
