The repairman came out twice to repair the problem of having no heat to my dryer. He did not have the parts to do the repair the first time. The second time he had the timer part that was needed and replaced it. I assume this fixed my problem. I haven’t used the dryer yet. I will contact you if the problem isn’t fixed!

The service tech did a good job with what needed to be done replacing the Motor Evap Fan Motor. The only complaint I have the Fan Motor was over priced at $257.11 and Tax $18.00 totaling $275.11. I checked the price with Sears Parts Direct and it was $123.00 for the same part. The other Issue I have is the Labor Charge of $389.95 for about an hour and a half if that. equivalent to around $260.00 an hour. I realize you are a business but to charge those prices is not right in my opinion,

This isn't the technician's fault but we could buy a brand new dishwasher for the amount they wanted to fix my old one! $500 to fix it.

Our tech, William was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable and on time. 5 stars for him. Taking away two stars for the AI scheduling and AI customer service. No way would I buy an extended service package when I can never talk to a human.
