Never showed up. Was scheduled between 8-12 and they kept pushing it back the time. They never even told me it was late. I just had to go through their horrible automated customer service that just sent me updated times that were hours later than i scheduled. No actual customer service and all automated.

Explained to the technician that the dryer would keep stopping completely after running for a few minutes and I would have to reset my breaker. All the technician did was turn the knob to run it with nothing in it and it worked fine. Told me there was nothing wrong with it and left. Ran some clothes in it as soon as he left and it shut off again. Had to reschedule an appointment again and the same tech came out and said my breaker needs to be a 30 amp and not a 20 amp according to the manual. Why did it take 2 trips and over a week with no dryer for him to ACTUALLY come to that conclusion. The same information was given to him both times and he chose to not check anything beside the knob. Tech was also rude when I asked him questions and was very unfriendly. Can’t believe I spent $125 on this company that was a total waste of time.

The guy was at the house for 10 minutes and charged me $350 for a repair that didn’t work. I immediately called Sears back to have him come back out. I was told my project was being escalated and that someone would call me within the hour to set up a new service time. Two full days later and no contact from Sears. Unbelievably bad service. Do not use.

We got charged for repairs but no repairs were ever made. The "diagnostic" consisted of us showing him the error code in the manual...that's it. Diagnostic service charge fee was waived, but then repairs that never happened charged? Guy was at our house 5 minutes, quoted us an additional $850 bucks to what we paid in said "repairs," tried to sell us a home warranty, then left lol. Got the receipt showing all of this. Called customer service and they were useless! What a joke. Need a full refund as no service actually was performed.

Do not use this company. They came out super quick. Take your money and then dont delivery at all. You try to get updates on your order and they give you the run around. Say it’s going to be delivered and on delivery day you ask for an update and they say they still don’t have the part and don’t know when you’ll receive it. I’ve asked for a refund and no one in the company can do it. This company is a joke. I also got a $1 charge from them and then my card was hacked for hundreds of dollars…joke joke joke joke.

Called in to get my GE washing machine repaired as it was not draining and spinning. First time I called was on 01/31/24 and Rudy showed up. Sat in the drive way for a face time call for 15 mins. Finally came in and he pulled out my wife's hair pins from the machine using a magnet and said it was fixed. I asked is there nothing else you can do to fix? He said there is a computer and there are no codes for him to fix. I paid $119 as I was assured if the same issue showed up there would not be a charge. Worked for a few days but then the same issue showed up and Rudy showed up on 02/12/24. Sat in drive way for 15 mins on facetime meeting. This time he did not run the full diagnostic and I stood there to see what he was doing. He took some more pins out, which I knew would happen as not everything was cleared out, and he asked for $119. I said that he mentioned there would not be a charge for the same issue. I wanted to run a full cycle ~30 mins to ensure that there is no problem but he said he does not have that time and wanted me to pay. I said you can bill me but if you cannot wait for a wash cycle to complete then I cannot pay. Also, I said I would pay if he opens and washer spin head to assure me that there are nothing else, but he was reluctant to do so and said it will be $289 to open the wash machine spinning head. I said fine so do that. He told me that he is the technician and the machine does not need to be opened so I asked him to stay to ensure that the cycle is complete but he said he cannot stay and left. Also, note I had called the customer service call center and they had said there will be no service charge of $119 when I set up the second appointment. He said that the customer service sits in India and they can say whatever they want. Finally he left and the machine still does not drain and spin. Also did not get charged or paid for the second service. What a waste of time.
