He was very nice. He said the leak was a result of washer tub not centered due to right side rear off balance. We shall get a furniture foot pad to put under right rear leg to see if it stops leaking. He said there is no way to adjust back legs.

The technician did fine just dislike the 8 to 5 window with no communication right before he comes it would be nice if you as a company cod at least do a morning or evening appointment
