Service man was great however the scheduling and parts order process really was bad had to order the part twice because we had received a broken part and the the dryer was completely inoperable, at least before getting the first part I could dry my clothes. We just had to leave the door open to keep the unit from spinning continuously, but we do appreciate the warranty coverage and service man he was quick and knowledgeable.

John is amazing. He deserves a raise. He was kind and quick, without compromising quality service. I can't say the same about anyone with the warranty company. Not to be dramatic, but John is the kind of person who restores your faith in humanity when you think all hope is lost. I'd give him 100 stars if I could and would recommend him to other customers.
