Mitchell is very knowledgeable and kind. I do not like to talk to anyone from the call center. They can be unkind and they do not seem to do all they can to be sure the customer is taken care of.

Mitchell was great, but scheduling lacks. You shouldn't tell people your going to be there from 8-5 and while we wait nobody shows up, TWICE!
