Sears review
The technician that helped us with our service did a great job. Apart from the technician, sears service was hands down the worst customer service we've ever experienced. All phone calls are directed to a foreign country. People are hard to understand and not capable of truly helping. This was the last time we will ever do business with sears. I've given Derrick 5/5 stars and I give Sears 0/5 stars.

We are hard of hearing and he had to try every door to get our attention. He didn't give up until he made contact. Very polite and knowledgeable. Worked swift and immediately found the problem. He helped us through the phone requests that were needed as we were lost as to how to use our phone! He's a keeper!!
