Outstanding service and friendliness
Matt showed up with a smile and introduced himself. I showed him the parts that were sent. He went to the washer to try to replicate the problem sound. That happened immediately on the first try. He replaced the parts he determined to be suspect. Following reassembly the sound issue was resolved. He showed me the parts he replaced. He took the time to explain the interaction of the parts that created the problem sound. The inability of the parts to function properly caused the problem sound at the cycle change. He did a wonderful job!

Technician listened to me and spent the necessary time checking for the leak. He did find 3 screws on the water pump which needed to be tightened so hopefully that will eliminate the leak.

Annual Maintenance Check of 4 Kitchen Appliances/Taylor's
Sean was very thorough in checking all of our appliances; also gave me tips on taking care of them to lengthen the life of the appliances and keep them in good working order. He went above and beyond servicing our appliances! I had some spills on the inside of the glass oven door that have been there for years that I mentioned to other technicians and they said they could not do anything about it. I could not get access to clean up the spills after trying several things. Sean took the oven door off, cleaned each piece of glass, and reassembled it. He moved the refrigerator out from the wall, cleaned thoroughly behind it, and checked everything on the inside. He was very patient while working; he did an outstanding job with apparent expertise. I would like to have him back next time we need service! Please hire more technicians like Sean!
