The technician that came was very kind. He spoke to me not at me which I find is very important. The only downfall is that Sears gives you a time frame of 8am-5pm. I had to take off half a day to make sure someone was home in the afternoon. The technician arrived at 9am but with my job I couldn't not take my half day back. So I lost out on half a days pay because they couldn't not narrow down the time frame window.

Repairman came at the appointed time. He found a bad switch which had been missed on previous visits and replaced it with one he happened to have on his truck. So far so good, though the icemaker still hasn't put out many ice cubes yet.
