Francis was very helpful.
While the dryer heating problem was resolved, the dryer now is making a thumping noise. It sounds like tennis shoes are drying--thump, thump, thump. There was no noise like this before the heating problem. How can we resolve this quickly without generating a new service call?

Steve did great work
Having the Sears Protection Plan, I have not been satisfied with. I was without a dryer for over 3 months because no one would show up for the appointment scheduled to fix my appliances, and it is impossible to get through the phone line to talk to anyone about an issues. I had 3 no-show appointments before someone finally came back to fix the appliance correctly. Not impressed with Sears for the amount of money I pay every month.
