Sears repairman “Mick” gets TEN stars in my book! Not only was he professional, he was incredibly kind as he focused on getting our older model refrigerator’s broken ice maker and ice bin replaced and up and running as economically as possible in time for our family reunion— where we will all be raising a cup of crushed ice in his honor!

I was nervous of trying this. I was just home from hospital, place a mess….boys don’t clean when mom is away. Mick was great! Calm. Directed me to the circuit breaker, diagnosed the problem, in 2 minutes. Gave me a temporary solution and a big picture plan. For half the cost of the local guy. This is a wonderful service…and I don’t write reviews much!
