Technician arrived as scheduled which was good. Upon entering my home, I asked him if he had shoe covers which he did not. I showed him the issue and he said "we don't install parts, we just replace the item" I told him I explained the issue when I scheduled the service and he said "they don't know what they are doing' He did get the part installed and working which was good but not too happy with the attitude.

My appointment was scheduled between 8am-5pm . I had to take the day off to be home for the appointment. I received a text around noon that my service man would arrive at 340 which was changed twice with him finally arriving around 7pm ! When he arrived he was very friendly, efficient and fast with the repair. If I was just rating the service man I would give 5 stars. The efficiency of the schedule left allot of room for improvement and that’s why I rated 3 stars.

My technician was great and I give him 5 stars...Sears home service and Samsung not so much getting -5 stars. I only got one suspension rod for my washer and needed 4 rods. Then I was told that it would be $200 to order the other 3 when I have already been without my washer for over 3 weeks. I can get the same rods, all 4 for $50.00 on Amazon. Sears and Samsung is riping off people. My washer is only 3 years old. Also, from research it looks like my model was part of recall and should be fixed for free. I will find another home service to service my appliances. I am not happy as I am still without my washer until I get the parts and have my son install. This place needs to rethink their practices. Also, I can never get a live representative when I call. Very dissatisfied customer.

Technician was great—I’d have given a five if not for automated system interface. The automated appointment and follow up communications were terrible. It important to have the human being actually talk to someone is important. Automated system was ridiculous.
