Not good Came in the door already talking about what they don't do. Didn't really know what he was talking about with a nest thermostat! Husband was very upset. I think the situation could've been handled better. Service wasn't complete

I will not be using Sears again to repair any of my appliances. The technician was very rude sat in his car longer than he was in the house making the repair. I was overcharged for labor when it took him two seconds to install the new part which I paid for as well and left the house. It didn’t explain anything. It was rude to my family and myself I would like corporate contact information because this is Ridiculous. I will be following up with this manner!

The technician was great and knowledgeable- your service is horrid! Almost 2 months to get this ice maker fixed! You cancelled 3 times and then had to order what was an obviously needed part. It then sat for weeks waiting for a technician to! You need to hire more people. Also- you can never speak to a real person- ever!

I would love to be able to talk about the service. However, we currently have been rescheduled to have our oven fixed twice, even after being told by AI (because there is no other line of communication…super frustrating) that we needed to be at our house from 8am-5 pm to wait for the service person to arrive, and so my husband has rearranged his entire work schedules in order to do so…twice now! We were hopeful that Sears would be good. The actual first visit to assess the problem was handled on the day AI told us someone would show up. He assessed and ordered a part…oh and then charged us for the whole service even though the oven was not fixed. So we have now paid for everything. The part arrived at our house . AI told us the days to NOT be at work and wait around all day for someone who never showed up. Then AI notified us on both occasions after 5 pm that they couldn’t make it and we needed to pick a new day for service. I’m so disappointed. We’ve already paid for this and can’t talk to an actual person about the problem, only AI. I had actually told another person after the first visit to assess our issue who we went with because she had a stove top issue. I am glad I caught her before she got trapped in this nightmare because I told her what we’re dealing with. As I was typing this my husband rescheduled for one of the days AI suggested. Promptly to be canceled by AI and rescheduled for another week from today. Infuriating.

Ronnie was very good the problem is with sears itself, this repair was started in sept around 5 weeks ago. Ronnie was out then and checked out the problem ordered part needed and scheduled following 2nd week to fix. Checked on line and saw schedule was changed to the following week part not in. Saw my deductable was taken the $100 dollars. This went on for the next 4 weeks. Tryed talking to someone but AI is there main contact live person now and forget about talking to someone. I'm so mad now talked to tech and he said there weren't covering damage now. As soon as i can get my deposit back i'll try to find a reputable company.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the worst experience we have ever had with a company. We have the sears home warranty, our dishwasher stopped draining and someone came out to look at it. They had to order a part so they wouldn’t be back for several weeks. That appointment came and no one showed up. We stayed home all day because the window was from 8 AM to 5 PM but no one came and no one let us know they weren’t going to be coming. We rescheduled, had to wait another several weeks, once again, the technician did not show up and no one called to let us know they were not coming. I have been trying to reschedule for over a week and I haven’t been able to over the phone or online. I’ve lost count of how many people I’ve talked to or how many times I’ve been transferred since this saga began, but it’s well over 15. I’ve been promised by FIVE different call center people that someone from the local dispatch office will call me to reschedule and no one has called me.

The repair man Frances was great but it only took him 8 minutes from the time he entered my house until he finished the install on my front door panel. Sears charged me $340 .00 for 8 minutes of work!! That is incredibly outrageous!!!

I missed the technician showing up at my house by a few hours. They sent me a text telling me to call the guy to see if he could show up later that day or reschedule. Shortly after, they closed my order and now I have to call my home warranty company to start the process over again. Can we not close the order on the same day it’s been scheduled? Especially if they haven’t received any services whatsoever?
