The technician did a good job explaining what the problem was. I’m just not willing to pay $600.00 for a new ice maker when my refrigerator is 9 years old. I can buy a lot of bags of ice for that price. I’ll put that money towards a new one when that time comes.

Technician did a great job. The company itself I was not impressed with. Zero customer contact, could speak with no one. Had one appt, after waiting all day they never showed up.
