I was first delighted to get my appointment scheduled so promptly. Francis came early in the day, not long after I received the message that he would be here soon. He did a great job, which did not take long at all!

Absolutely wonderful technician, however way too many high pressure calls from Sears about warranty plans & the billing statement was EXTREMELY confusing.
